Event Details

The life and landscape of Appalachia has changed dramatically across hundreds of millions of years which can be seen in the form of rocks and fossils found throughout the region. From the oceans of the Cambrian, the swamps of the Pennsylvanian, all the way to the tundra of the Pleistocene, learn about the many ways that the Appalachian region has changed over time with Ranger Aidan from Southwest Virginia Museum Historical State Park.
