Join yoga instructor Barbara Bee for slow flow yoga classes at High Knob Destination Center! All abilities welcome. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats and blocks. Please notify organizers if you do not have a mat or block.

Classes are free. Donations are welcome and will go toward developing educational programs at the High Knob Destination Center.
