Norton’s annual Spooktacular Halloween Bash will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26, in the Norton Expo Center (115 8th St. SW) and the Wise County/Norton Chamber of Commerce parking lot. This is a free event. Festivities will include:
