High Knob Observation Tower

The High Knob Observation Tower stands atop the 4,200-foot High Knob summit, which is the highest point in the Cumberland Mountains. Five states are visible from the tower platform, including Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, North Carolina, and West Virginia. A 0.25-mile paved path leads to the tower platform and is wheelchair accessible. This is a U.S. Forest Service site. Check out this website for more details on the views available from the tower.
